Welcome to the new and continually improving web page for the Victor Valley British Car Club, Inc!  After years of tinkering with an antiquated web page, I've finally decided to crash the old one and recreate a new one.

Click on any of the categories on the left to learn more.  As you will note, reading the bottom of each page - (Events, Chicken, Who Are We, etc.) each individual page is updated at different intervals.  The date listed on the introductory page does not mean that this was the last time the entire VVBCC web page was updated.

If you were a fan of our now ceased award winning newsletter, The Limey Post, we have decided to utilize our web page as our preferred method of contact/information.  Yes, this page will be updated frequently, so check back often to keep up with our active Victor Valley British Car Club.

This web page is dedicated to British car owners, lovers, and enthusiasts everywhere, but namely in the High Desert of Southern California.  We're located approximately 90 miles North East from Los Angeles, but being a motoring club, we are everywhere for our monthly events, club drives, etc.  My intention is that this page be a constant reference source for all VVBCC members, and our friends.  Therefore, if you have any ideas, pictures, suggestions, links, etc. please feel free to email them to me at our club's email address: vvbcc@hotmail.com

Thanks for your help!

May the road rise with you,
Drive British and enjoy life in the leaky lane!

On a very sad Thursday, August 23, 2007, at 10:15 am, the Victor Valley British Car Club lost one of it's heartiest members, Fred X. Thuet.  A retired truck driver, gemologist and Calvin Klein underwear model, Fred X. has led many interesting lives and told many tall tales.
We must all raise a glass (or two) of red wine to toast the self proclaimed "Scourge of the the High Desert" who designed our VVBCC logo.  His dry sense of humor, love of MG's and MINI's, his pretty smile, constant skirt chasing and overall crankiness will be sorely missed.  Our Monday breakfast club just lost our founding member.  I'm certain that he and Dr. Will Fusaro, the recently reunited Fabulous Silver Duo, are having a great time up in heaven "relocating" British flags and banners, drinking red wine and cruising the High School circuit.
As the "pretty" Thuet, Fred was a character with many memorable phrases he would utter with nary a smirk such as: "Kiss me with your eyes", "I wonder what the other six wonders of the world are doing?", "Blow it out your ass Corporal", and the ever popular standard at our monthly meetings, "I object!"
Finally, Connie will get a decent night of sleep.
